SUMMARY

In this role, you will be working at Baking Manufacturers with cross-functional teams and the clients, in executing and managing all digital ad campaigns of Baking
Supplies across different digital channels, from pre-campaign execution, campaign execution (setup campaign tracking, optimize campaign delivery, etc), and post-campaign execution. You will be responsible to ensure all ads come with a robust end-to-end commercial strategy, together with specific performance targets and objectives tailored to meet or exceed the client needs. 

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in brainstorming, planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies, marketing ideas, strengthen the brand and positioning of products.
• Provide customer support to manage, monitor, and engage customers via various platforms, including but not limited to, social media, email, phone, and chat.
• Respond promptly to customers on a timely basis on all social engagement, address any issues escalated from customers, and establish a good relationship with customers.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain good business relationship with customers.
• Obtain and update market information relating to our business vs our competitors.
• Responsible for the entire spectrum of sales and marketing functions which will include servicing the existing customers in domestic and obtaining the sales orders to meet the sales target.
• To promote and develop the market potential.
• Required to enhance the level of sales service and rapport with existing customers.
  
  

SUMMARY

We are looking for a responsible Account cum Admin Executive to join our growing team Baking Manufacturers. You will be able to make a direct impact on improving and scaling our processes, by handling account and administrative functions in the Baking Manufacturers.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for Full sets of account (GL/AP/AR/Bank/Petty Cash and etc)
• To prepare monthly payroll and ensure all documentations are complying statutory requirements (including EPF, SOCSO and PCB)
• Maintain monthly cash book, bank reconciliation and collection reconciliation.
• Perform a month-end-closing and preparation reports.
• Process payment for suppliers/customers.
• Preparation of audit and tax schedule for year end audit and tax submission.
• Process staff claim, and other general admin support.
• Perform other ad-hoc assignment and duties assigned by superior from time to time.
