Job Description
Responsibilities
Report to Specification Manager
- To approach, promote, present and specify company products to owners, developers, architects, quantity surveyor and related government sector.
- Organize group presentation for prospects if necessary
- Proposals/Quotation preparation to capture and fulfil different consultant requirement/specification
- To build and maintain relationships with new and existing consultant and prospect.
- Establish new leads and contact, making cold calls, visiting and conduct presentation to prospects accordingly.
- To assist Specification Manager by executing, monitoring and ensure the targeted projects are specified in drawing.
- Work closely, effectively and successfully with sales team to ensure delivery of specified and converted into sales.
- Provide updates on project follow up status.
- Some marketing job such as catalogues, website and etc.
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years profession experience/background dealing w consultant.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Marketing/Business Administration/Engineering/Architecture or equivalent.
- Willing to learn, travel, responsibly and self-motivated
- Must be computer literate, basic knowledge in Ms Office such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and etc. Knowledge in AutoCAD program is an added advantage.
